The family at Calico's Restaurant & Lounge in Historic Downtown Kingman proudly presents some 50 years of combined experience. Carolyn King and Rhonda Chapman opened the doors on August 1, 1996. Granddaughters and daughters of Barrie and Brooke could be found working alongside Grandma and Mom. After the passing of Carolyn King, Rhonda and her son Brandon Loos became partners and ran the business.
Understanding that independent and even more so, family-owned restaurants are becoming a thing of the past, Rhonda and Brandon are proud of their customer satisfaction. Their good food, quality, consistency, great service and family atmosphere are among the many reasons their customers keep coming back.
Variety along with a sprinkle of clean and healty eating are key ingredients in their Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menus. They feature lite, vegetarian, and gluten-free items as well as many speciality dishes. For their ranching friends, they offer hand-cut steaks and famous Prime Rib in hearty portions for after a hard day's work.
And ... they haven't forgotten the kids either. They will love to build their own sundae at the do-it-yourself fun bar! Calico's and their team of loyal employees work hard to make your dining experience enjoyable and keep you coming back. The also invite you to shop for you Route 66 souvenirs and memorabilia in their "Specialty Gift Shop." Happy Trails ..... |
